Teledata Networks Partners with NEC Neva forDistribution of BroadAccess MSAGs in Russia

Amsterdam, Netherlands - December 5, 2005: Teledata Networks, a leading globalprovider of innovative access products and Next Generation Network solutions fortelecom operators and service providers, announced today its partnership agreementwith NEC Neva, a provider of telecommunication solutions for fixed line operators inthe Russian market, for distribution of BroadAccess Multiservice Access Gateways(MSAGs) in Northwest Russia.

The agreement encompasses the distribution of BroadAccess MSAGs supporting aflexible suite of services, from traditional to advanced Next Generation applications.The BroadAccess MSAGs will be managed by ClearAccess+, a comprehensiveElement Management System featuring a sophisticated client-server architecture.The planned deployment of MSAGs will enable traditional broadband services inmore outreach locations as well as modernizing existing infrastructure by enablingNGN rollout in towns and cities.

NEC Neva selected Teledata Networks owing to its capacity to rapidly deliver anddeploy the BroadAccess MSAG, and immediately provide advanced broadbandservices. Moreover, Teledata Networks has had a firm and long-standing foothold inRussia since 1997, including cooperation with a variety of distinguished incumbentcarriers all over the country.
