New System Enables Enhanced Migration to Next Generation Services
Amsterdam, Netherlands – February 23, 2006: Teledata Networks, an establishedglobal provider of innovative Access Network solutions that enable smooth migrationto Next Generation Networks (NGN) and delivery of Triple Play services, announcedtoday its new version of the BroadAccess Multiservice Access Gateway, which isoptimized for supporting advanced Voice, Data and Video services based on its pureEthernet architecture.
The new BroadAccess Multiservice Access Gateway (MSAG) enables serviceproviders to glide from traditional services to Triple Play. It also allows serviceproviders to start providing advanced, lucrative services while still using their existinginfrastructure – all through support of both TDM and IP.
The new one-stop-access solution is a result of the company’s streamlining of itsproducts to offer exciting new multi-media services, strengthening TeledataNetwork’s position as a leader in NGN solutions.
The system’s backward compatibility for all legacy features facilitates the upgrade ofthe existing operator network, and enables service providers to offer subscribers anymix of advanced and traditional services, from VoIP and IPTV to basic telephony.
